Angelica Pascoe, a native of South Florida, is a distinguished figure in the real estate industry, specializing in guiding developers and investors through strategic pre-construction acquisitions to maximize capital and enhance return on investments (ROI).

Starting her real estate career at 18 in 2019 as an Assistant Property Manager, she quickly advanced, earning her real estate license and, by 21, achieving over one million dollars in sales in her first active year. Angelica graduated summa cum laude and was a member of two prestigious honor societies, Phi Kappa Phi and the National Chapter of Alpha Chi, underscoring her academic excellence and dedication.

She holds a Real Estate Development graduate certificate from the prestigious Cornell University, earned during her final two years of university, and has completed a Master’s in Project Management with a minor in Economics. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies at the Caruso School of Law; ranked number 52 in the world for Best Law Schools.

Angelica’s global outlook is shaped by five years of living in Chile and her commitment to annual international travel, keeping her connected with global markets. She has built a strong network, working with media personalities, sports stars, medical professionals, and developers.
